Questions and answers
Who performs the inspection – me or the tenant?
The inspection is carried out by the owner of the flat or a person authorised by them. In the PRO plan, you can transfer authorisation to the tenant or a third party. PropertyCheck.PRO is not intended to "control" the tenant, but to reliably document the condition of the flat – even when you are in another city or abroad.
Does this replace the handover protocol?
No. PropertyCheck.PRO does not replace the protocol, but complements and enhances it.
With photos pinned to specific elements and comparisons over time, you have much clearer proof than a one-off paper document.
Are data and images safe?
Yes. Images and data are stored on a secure infrastructure, with user account access control.
Only you have access to your properties and control.
We do not share data with third parties.
Can I use the app only for billing?
Yes. You can use PropertyCheck.PRO one time - e.g. only at move-in or move-out.
